How do I know if you have received my return?
We strongly recommend a tracked courier service when returning the item.

We'll additionally notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you're approved, then your refund is going to be processed, and credit can automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How quickly will a refund reach my account?
The money should reach your original payment method in 3-5 working days after a refund has been processed for your order, while credit/debit cards may take up to 30 days depending on who you bank with. We'd love to make things faster, unfortunately, we can't control the timelines!
